During the event, Justice Ranjan Gupta, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court &amp; Executive Chairman of HSLSA said ensuring the well-being of those who lost their parents to <a href=\"http:\/\/childadoption.in\/56-of-covid-orphans-belong-to-the-4-13-age-group\/\">Covid<\/a> is one of the major concern at present. These children need extra attention and special care from society.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HSLSA) came up with the program to create awareness about the rights and benefits of the COVID destitute who <a href=\"http:\/\/childadoption.in\/pained-by-the-pandemic-future-holds-little-to-no-hope-for-the-orphans\/\">lost their parents in the pandemic<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project\u2019s action plan specifies the role of District Legal Services Authorities in spotting such children and finding their surviving relative who can look after them.
