On Sunday the Naveen Patnaik govt embark a financial aid plan for orphans. They will be categorised into three sections, those who lost both parents, a single parent or the breadwinner parent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As per the plan children will be given a monthly allowance of Rs 2,500.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe State government is committed to providing a safe environment for holistic development of these children who need special care of the society,\u201d stated Naveen Patnaik, Chief Minister, Odisha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The state government would pander the relatives of the destitute children to step up for their care.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Odisha state government has launched a special scheme for the welfare of children orphaned due to the pandemic.
