Everyone desires to bring a new life into the world. The idea of procreation is to have someone to carry the family name, to complete what we call &#8216;family&#8217;. They are also referred to as the future of the nation and any investment to their betterment reflects on the development of the country. Like parents, children do deserve parents possessing empathy, care and love. And it aches the hearts seeing not every child is fortunate enough to get parental care and comfort.<\/p>\n<p>India, sadly, registers approximately 60,000 abandoned kids each year. Some of them experience sexual abuse and harassment that traumatizes them throughout their lifetime unless proper attention and care is provided. Others are lucky to get into intuitional care and may expect a better life once get admission.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adoption helps children find homes and better livelihoods. Parents, on the other hand, are joyous for the family being completed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the different kinds of Adoption?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As per the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/childadoption.in\/what-law-says\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act of 2015<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Adoption Regulations of 2017, there are 5 kinds of adoption. They are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An unwanted, gave up, penniless child adopted by a random person(s) living within the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An unwanted, gave up, needy child adopted by a random person(s) living outside the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A child adopted within family living inside the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A child adopted within family living outside the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A child adopted by step-parents inside the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>When is Adoption illegal?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any adoption taking place without the involvement of CARA is illegal and a punishable offence under Indian Law.
