{"id":58,"date":"2014-03-30T15:59:48","date_gmt":"2014-03-30T10:29:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/childadoption.in\/?p=58"},"modified":"2014-03-30T15:59:48","modified_gmt":"2014-03-30T10:29:48","slug":"indian-father-can-give-his-child-for-adoption","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qualhon.net\/210601\/child-adoption\/indian-father-can-give-his-child-for-adoption\/","title":{"rendered":"Indian Father can give his Child for adoption"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a historical decision by Madurai Branch of Madras High Court on Friday, 28<sup>th<\/sup> March; fathers has a right to give his child in adoption in case mother is not living or is not taking care of child or is separated already.<\/p>\n<p>Justice S Tamilvanan and Justice V S Ravi has given this decision against plea of child\u2019s Grand month to stop father to allow giving his child to another couple legally. Court ordered that father is the legal guardian of the child after the death of her mother.<\/p>\n<p>Decision was also taken in consideration that that grandparents are getting old and they would not be able to take care of the child incase father goes absent.
